What I'm Cooking this Week, 9/16/2012

Craving fall flavors and a Sunday-afternoon-kitchen filled with the warm scents of curry and gamey lamb.  Following up with lighter, easier meals throughout the week to use up some of the fish in the freezer from August trips to the North Carolina Coast.  Later in the week, introducing a warm soup made creamy with the addition of hummus.
